The birthplace of the scourge of the galaxy, This plane was one of the original superpowers of the Galaxy, if not the original superpower, It birthed The Eleven Scourge Lords, some of the first Ninth Grade beings in existence. In the Disaster Plane, might makes right in the truest sense of the word, even The Abyssal Plane with its demons cannot compare to the brutality that takes place on the Disaster Plane.
Early in it's history, the Disaster Plane World Consciousness and the Eleven Scourge Lords fought for control, the World wanted to reign in its Ninth Grade powerhouses because it was being overwhelmed by the amount of high energy beings and it could not support itself under the strain. It wanted to limit the extreme exploitation that was being enacted by its inhabitants.
The Eleven Scourge Lords eventually realized that they were harming themselves by causing damage to their source plane, a compromise was reached between the Scourge Lords and the Plane Consciousness. The number of Ninth Grades would be fixed at eleven, no more than four Scourge Lords would be awake at any time, the rest would go to sleep deep within the center of the plane. The awakened Scourge Lords were responsible for mending the wounds inflicted on their plane, they gather their subordinates and started searching for other planes to attack. On all planes they found they massacred all inhabitants and directly shattered the Planes for their source essence. They would then feed their dying plane the source essence in order to keep it afloat.
The galaxy learned to fear the Disaster Lords and the World Consciousness of countless worlds combined their strength and made up the Titan Plane as a countermeasure to the Scourge Lords, thus began the Titan-Disaster Wars. The Titans and the Disaster beings would fight each other to a draw and the war would eventually exhaust both sides which would give other planes like the Adept Plane, Dragon Plane, and World of Gods a chance to grow.

- The only planes on par with the Disaster Plane is the Elemental Plane, The Abyssal Plane, and the Titan Plane.
