Am was one of Greem's first apprentices. However after Greem set up Fire Throne and became a target of the Vik Family, Am was revealed to be a spy of the Sarubo Family.
He gave information to Fugen in exchange for becoming his personal apprentice.
Quite literally died of frustration when finding out his disciples were leaving him to go to greems adept school
